I can remember back in the days when I kept hearing and reading about how people make money through a blog. You know, I have always wanted to start a blog then but my greatest challenge then was what to blog about and how to keep updating my blog.

As an experienced blogger, I will advise you to write about what you love doing. Write about your experiences. If you are good in teaching, then take it up as your blogging focus.
•   Choose a topic that will be easy for you :  If you are choosing a topic to write about, make sure that you choose a simple topic that you will be able to handle.Do not do because others are doing, choose a topic that you will be able to treat. 
•   Be sure of your post :  Please, this is a very serious issue. Never you give away a false information. If you give away false information, people will end up getting the wrong information and when they discover that, they may not visit your blog again. So always be sure of your post before it goes live on your blog.  
•   Do not be in a haste to make money :  People always think that a blog is a money making machine, no it is not. You have to work for it before. When you create your blog, the first thing that you should do is to grow your blog first, get a targeted audience for your blog.
•    Take it as your hobby :  Your blog should be one of your hobbies, put your interest in it to make it work.
•   Grow your email subscribers :  An email subscription list is one of the things that will make your blog successful. It is a great way of getting a targeted audience for your blog. A blog without an email subscription list is liable to fail.
